All-in-one single-syringe system for autologous PRP and Fluid-PRF
Exprecell by Croma-Pharma prepares autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Fluid Platelet-Rich Fibrin (Fluid-PRF) quickly and without anticoagulants. Blood aspiration and processing happen in a single high-capacity, closed syringe, minimizing handling steps and the risk of contamination.

Protocol
- Aspirate 18 mL of whole blood directly into the Exprecell syringe.
- Centrifuge once for 5 minutes at approx. 420 × g (about 1,500 rpm).
- Collect approx. 8.5 mL of PRP or Fluid-PRF, ready to inject within its working time.
Performance
- Erythrocyte (red blood cell) depletion above 99%
- Leukocyte (white blood cell) depletion of approx. 95%
- Approx. 2.3-fold increase in platelet concentration above baseline
- Without anticoagulants, Fluid-PRF keeps its natural regenerative components and stays injectable for a defined working time
