Shipping Policy — Renellence Inc.

Renellence currently ships to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Orders shipped within Ontario: $35.00 CAD Orders shipped to all other Canadian provinces and territories: $50.00 CAD

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally range from 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Cold Chain & Handling

All Saypha® dermal filler products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity during transit, in accordance with manufacturer storage requirements.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@renellence.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
