The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Aesthetics Business Partner to be the clinical face of our portfolio. You will lead injector onboarding, advanced technique workshops, and ongoing education across territory accounts, the trusted clinical resource our partners turn to, working hand in hand with our commercial team to keep the patient and injector experience at the centre of everything we do. Title and seniority are commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead injector onboarding and advanced technique workshops for partner clinics
Provide ongoing clinical support and product education across territory accounts
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with KOLs, speakers, and senior injectors
Partner with District Business Managers to grow accounts and support customer needs
Represent Renellence on KOL podiums and at industry events
Share clinical and market insights with the commercial team to inform strategy

Qualifications

Clinical background as a nurse injector, physician, or equivalent hands-on aesthetic experience
Expertise with dermal fillers and injectable techniques
Experience in clinical training, education, or KOL development preferred
Established relationships across the aesthetics, dermatology, or injectables community
Confident presenter; valid driver's licence and passport; willing to travel within territory
