The Opportunity

Our District Business Managers develop thoughtful business plans to execute brand strategies in the field. You will deliver sales performance, build strong customer relationships, and grow short and long-term results, all while keeping the patient and injector experience at the centre of every interaction. Title and seniority are commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and territory financial targets
  • Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to continuously improve performance
  • Proactively engage healthcare providers, nurses, and clinic teams to build trusted relationships
  • Execute a call plan that achieves territory metrics and optimizes coverage of key customers
  • Differentiate the Renellence portfolio and develop relationships with KOLs and speakers
  • Coordinate injector onboarding and education with our clinical training team
  • Represent Renellence at industry events, maintain accurate CRM records, and deliver timely reporting

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Commerce, Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent professional experience
  • B2B sales experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, medical device, or premium consumer health, with a proven track record
  • Established relationships across the regional aesthetics, dermatology, or injectables community preferred
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office; valid driver's licence and passport
  • Willing to travel within territory, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel
